Overview:
Free standing folding table with security features. Engineered for institutional durability. Proven suitable for continuous daily use in a correctional environment. Scratch and graffiti resistant.
Fabrication:
Base: Folding wishbone design with no open ends to conceal contraband. Full circumference welds. Tamper-resistant feet. Gravity style slide lock.
Frame: 15 gauge 2 1/2" wide Z channel spans full length on both sides. Channels support legs are attached to top with security fasteners.
Top: Blow-molded with a waffle designed bottom for exceptional strength mounted to a full length 14 gauge steel frame. Formulated for outdoor exposure with minimal fade or thermal stress cracking (indoor storage recommended).
Material:
Base: 1" diameter, 16 gauge tubular steel. Leg brace is 11 gauge stamped steel with 16 gauge gravity lock.
Top: High impact polyethylene. Chemically resistant to alcohol, blood, urine, feces and mild chlorine solution.
