Foam dormitory mattress suitable for institutional environments features conventional grade foam core, antimicrobial nylon cover and bed bug resistant inverted seam.
Fabrication & Material:
Conventional grade foam provides balanced comfort and firmness. The 210 Denier Oxford Nylon mattress cover with laminated fire retardant (FR) barrier and polyurethane coating is fluid repellant, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, crack resistant, stain resistant, anti-static and breathable. An anti-crevice inverted seam uses FR Kevlar® thread and limits bed bug habitat while providing strength and durability.

Mattress conforms to CPSC 16 CFR 1633, California Technical Bulletin #129, California Technical Bulletin #603, ASTM E 1590 and ACSC 1632/D.O.C. (FF 4-72)
