Foam encased innerspring mattress suitable for institutional environments features duel comfort foam padding, antimicrobial nylon cover and bed bug resistant inverted seam.
Fabrication & Material:
1.35 pcf (pounds per cubic foot) density convoluted foam offers a softer degree of firmness on one side while 1.5 pcf foam yields a more firm sleep surface on the other. A premium weight, polyurethane side rail surrounds the tempered high carbon steel wire innerspring unit and is protected by a spun-bonded polypropylene quilt cover. The 210 Denier Oxford Nylon mattress cover with laminated fire retardant (FR) barrier and polyurethane coating is fluid repellant, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, crack resistant, stain resistant, anti-static and breathable. An anti-crevice inverted seam uses FR Kevlar® thread and limits bed bug habitat while providing strength and durability.
