Overview:
Patented, intensive use bench style seating system, available in varying lengths and configurations. Intended for indoor or outdoor use. Engineered for institutional durability. Available with or without arms. Free standing or bolt-down. Modular design.
Fabrication:
Two component system consisting of ribs and frame.
Ribs: 3" wide, centered on 3 1/2" collar. Six ribs equals a standard 21" seat.
Frame: Legs are formed and welded to two crossbar tubes with end caps. Welds ground smooth and polished before powder coating.
Material:
Ribs: Injection molded, high impact polypropylene with ultra violet light stabilizers (to reduce fading) or fire retardant additives. Chemically resistant to acetone, blood, vinegar, urine, feces, salt solution, and chlorine solution.
Frame: Powder coated steel, 2 1/2" x 3/8" bar stock, sled base legs with predrilled 1/2" anchor holes, with 2" diameter, 14 gauge cross support tubes.
Paint: Frames for outdoor use are zinc coated prior to powder painting for enhanced rust protection.
