Frame style bunk bed with 2 spring decks, mechanically fastened to full height end frames. Engineered and proven suitable for continuous use in an institutional environment.
Fabrication & Material:
Cut, formed, welded steel.
Bed deck: 2" x 1/5" x 5/32" rail angle steel, sinuous 9 gauge wire connected by 13 gauge links with 12 gauge 16 turn helical springs.
End frame legs: 16 gauge.
End frame cross-members: 16 gauge.

Powder coated steel.
Color:
Steel Color (Spring Deck): Matte Black

Assembly:
Attach wedge lock brackets to end frames with furnished hex socket button head fasteners (threaded inserts in vertical members of end frame). Select desired height for bed deck prior to assembly. Secure spring deck bolts to wedge lock slots. Optional accessories attach to bed (with hardware supplied through purchase of accessories).
Installation:
None required for standard model.

10 year limited replacement warranty.
Maintenance:
Easily cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution.
