The Veterans Affairs Roseburg Healthcare System in Roseburg, Oregon “offers primary care and hospital services in medicine, surgery and mental health for the 62,000 veterans who reside in Central and Southern Oregon and Northern California,” according to its website.

Recently, the facility installed multiple Norix behavioral healthcare furniture products in both our Naturals and High Brights color palettes in an acute psychiatric environment. As you can see from the photos, the furniture is quite colorful, adds a positive distraction and humanizes what can sometimes be institutional-looking environments.

Specifically, products that were installed at the facility include our:

Attenda Beds – This bed mounts in a corner, against a wall or free stands. Sturdy and seamless, the Attenda Bed features a raised lip around the bed deck for easy clean-up.

Forté Café Tables – This molded cylindrical hour glass base table pairs with Forte™ Guest Chairs. It’s available as a one piece polymer table or with optional laminated and solid surface top options. Engineered and proven suitable for daily use in demanding environments.

Hondo Nuevo Lounge Series – A contemporary line of unique furniture that combines superior durability, comfort and style and that includes chair, bench and wedge options that allow for flexible, modular seating arrangements.

Jupiter Tables with Game Top – This table is designed to be weighted on site to maintain space flexibility and allow for efficient floor maintenance as the needs of an environment change.

Remedy Mattresses – These products are suitable for healthcare environments and include a foam core for cushioned comfort with no inner springs and a polyurethane coated cover with welded seams for enhanced hygiene, security and durability.

Toughcare Chairs – These chairs can stand alone or be ganged together for inline seating configurations. The Toughcare Chair is ergonomically designed for comfort without the use of foam for cushioning.
